what are the chances of me being pregnant ?

So I'm on the pill & I had 3 more left in my pack but I left my pack in a different state. So therefore I haven't had my pill in 3 days. Monday I took my pill on time , Tuesday I took my pill a little late & Wednesday I took my pill almost 12 hours late. Thursday morning I took my pill on time & had sex & we don't use condoms . Friday, Saturday, & Sunday I didn't take my pill at all, BUT I did start spotting yesterday and I'm doing it again today so maybe I'm not pregnant . I know sperm can last up to 7 days in you and we did have sex a couple times before that Thursday but since I am kind of spotting could the blood be flushing the sperm out ??? I had a half a glass of wine to yesterday idk if that does anything
