Would you rather get married first then start a family or have a baby and then get married?

If you were to live your life again and you have kids would you have preferred to get married first and then have kids or vice versa. We want to have a baby so bad but I want to be married first.

Marriage first, but lately I feel like it doesn't matter so much anymore. It would be beautiful to be married first, but if Mother Nature decides else, I'll take it ;) 
I know people who had a child before marriage. Nothing weird about that :)

I voted for marriage first. This is mostly b/c of my family's views & out of respect for them. They love their grandson of course, but they were very disappointed when they found out I was pregnant & not married. They also still refuse to meet his dad/my boyfriend & our son turned 2 this past November. I'm 31 and SO is 33, so it's definitely not b/c of age! They honestly think he is "wrong" for not asking me to marry him immediately after finding out I was pregnant. I don't know what I would have said at that point & I personally prefer things the way they are. This was obviously very hard for them to adjust to & they were very uncomfortable telling relatives/friends. So, I guess it would be out of respect for them & so they'd possibly have a better relationship with my boyfriend...

None of my moms side of the family got married first before having children. Only my aunt has had a successful marriage. My husband comes from the same type of family. We both have divorced parents an siblings from other mothers or fathers. To me I had to do things the right way. We were engaged at 19 and 18. Married by 20 and 19. We will be celebrating our one year wedding anniversary on March 28th and welcoming our son at the end of April. I understand people can seperate an their children end up in broken homes as well but after being with my husband for 3 years and knowing him for 7 I just don't see that happening.

Considering I already have a daughter and I'm not married.. I do want at least one more, but not until I'm married.
