Leaking??CM? 23 weeks.

today as we were "doing Christmas" - cooking, up and moving A lot, etc. I had to change my undies 2 times and put a panty liner on... a (very) white and also creamy & wet cm kept coming out. mostly just when standing. im 23 weeks. and haven't really had any CM for the last month. Is this normal for being 23 weeks ya think? Ill call my dr obgyn as soon as they open this week. JW if any one else had increased cm as the pregnancy progressed??? Thanks lovies!
