Ugh! Abdominal Pain

I will be 8 weeks on Thurs... Having some pinching pain in my lower abdomen mostly my left but it migrates a little over the whole lower abdomen at times. It just started last night out of no where. I know the body goes through changes and stretching but I can't help but worry. Pinching pain is normal right? If it continues tomorrow I am calling the Dr. No bleeding. I also have IBS so some of the pain I know is GI but this feels different.
