Killer back pain!
Woke up this morning with a killer, dull back ache!
Of course it's on the one day I need to not be hurting and be able to walk (getting the rest of the things for the nursery!)
What are some quick tips on how to relieve it?? Mostly on my right side!
Bath isn't an option as I need to get going super soon!!
