watery mouth???!

so i been swallowing alot right now.. like alot saliva is coming out and i need to swallow... like an excessive saliva... Im thinkinh it may have to do with the fact that im sick and have fever and itchy throat... but why ????i feel like getting a cup qnd opening my mouth with all this saliva coming out😷
