Tmi??? blood...

So I know this is tmi but it's been worrying me quite a bit recently & since I'm an over thinker, it gets me going. For the past 2 months I would say, I would often bleed after I poop. I'm only 20 years old. The blood is not a lot, just a couple dots & the blood color is bright red. After a few wipes it goes away (doesn't show up on my underwear after). But today for some reason I went #2 & it hurt so much & felt like it was ripping. I wiped & there was some blood (same color again). I thought I stopped bleeding from there but im not too sure bc I had sex today & my bf was going pretty rough & when that happens I sometimes bleed. After sex, I used the restroom & there was some blood but I wasn't worried. Later on unnoticed some blood on my underwear where my 😺 should be but now I'm thinking maybe it was from my b hole??? But when I go to wipe there's no blood...but it does burn. I heard this can be stopped by drinking plenty of water, eating more fiber, & taking stool softeners???
