Pregnant nurses/health care workers? Freaking out!

We have a patient on the unit that is cmv positive and I'm a little freaked out. I'm now 16 weeks, but at the time I was still in my first trimester and I briefly went in the room to help out a fellow nurse with an ecg and such. I had no idea he was cmv positive the entire time nor did anyone tell me. My co workers are all aware I was pregnant. Thing is, I did wear a gown and gloves, but I'm absolutely paranoid now that something had happened. I'm assuming the risk is fairly low if I'm gowned and gloved, but as a first time mom you can understand my concern.
