I try to make sure I'm in bed for 9-10 hrs

Around 7:30pm until 5am when my husband gets up to go to work.

Work nights we are ideally in bed by 9 😂 and I get up at 5:40 and my SO gets up around 7.  Weekends I might stay up till 10 or 10:30 and get up around 8. Im such an old lady!
