stylist fucked up my hair!

Went to do an ombre "grey" style for the holidays and obviously i had to bleach it firstwhih is fine, all she told me was she couldnt do nothing about it,( i dont think she didnt even bleach) because before this color happen, my hair was in multiple colors, which was odd, and usually when you bleach from black hair its supposed to be a brownish orange look however ive doneblonde  before from another hair salon and the color was a bit much lighter, i understand i had black hair because i dyed it for my baby shower back in may this year. , whih i felt dumb cause i had forgotten i wanted to do the grey ombre for fall. Anyways is there hope to restore these split ends? Most likely i would probably have to cut it which is fine with me i use to rock the bob look., but before i take that step ; any remedies to restore this hair? I wanna have long grey ombre hair, if i cant achieve thelong look, ill try rocking it short.
