So to test 14DPO do that start on the last day of Ovulation or the day that has the 33%?

I am trying to follow the sperm meets egg plan and it tells you to test 15 days after you get a positive ovulation test. If you know the day you ovulate then I would say 15 after that day!

What do temps have to do with it? I've seen that a lot for me to take temps like where would my temp be if I am ovulating?

But when if your AF is different than what glow tells me. Sometimes AF comes a week after or two weeks after I know last time I went 2 months with out AF. This is so confusing and my husband and I have been trying for a year now

If you know the exact day you ovulate, then it starts 1 day after that. The fertile window is just a guesstimate.

If you don't know the exact day you ovulated (which is not necessarily the highest% day Glow says) then test either a day before or on the day AF is supposed to arrive.
