Period issues

So I'm 6 months postpartum and have been having regular periods for about 5 months. So this month a week before said period I had brown discharge for 2 days. Now my periods 8 days late and nothing. Taken two hpt negative and a blood test negative. I am extremely tired... So I'm freaking out a bit. Any insight? Withdraw for bc, hence the nervousness!!
