I usually buy the pampers brand and they always have a code to enter in their website to get reward? Is this true though do you really get rewards or discounts? If so how does it work? 
And is there any other brands or websites were they do similar things like this but actually work?

I have gotten lots of free toys and things from huggies points, but they have since changed the way you input the codes and I haven't used them since the change.

I do pampers rewards. They have two different parts. First if you enter at least one code a month for the first year you get rewards once a quarter. Usually small things but at the end of the year I got a 12x12 shutterfly book free. Those are like $65. And I use those already so I was super happy. Also you save up the points. They have all kinds of rewards. You can put in for pampers coupons or little toys or gift cards.

Yes. You just enter the code number on their website and once you earn you can cash them in for different things. I think huggies does something like that as well.
