9 dpo symptoms

We are TTC for #2, I'm now 9dpo and we had sex a day before my positive ovulation test. I had cramps after ovulation for 2 days. And since yesterday I feel wired inside my mouth. Anyone experienced the same? Is it too early for symptoms? I do not have any other symptoms
