If anyone child has had this. Do you know what it is. Or where it come from. And what I can do for it. And her ear is extremely dry. And it's only on one side

It might be what you ladies said eczema. It looks 10x better then this morning. But imma still ask the doctor

Maybe it's a little eczema if you said it looks dry. Baby lotion should help

My LO had a rash that looked like that and I was told heat rash. Or it could be an allergy. Like your laundry detergent?

My baby had that and my doctor said milk spots.. they come up randomly on her face like that and sometimes in her hair, then after a day or so they disappear then reappear somewhere else

Our son had that. Dr said it is eczema. He told us to wash the area with a bar of dove soap once daily and then apply eucerin eczema baby cream. It went away in only about 48 hrs completely once we did both of those things!

Could probably be a few different things. With the dryness I'd say have you ever had issues with eczema in the past? My son has eczema and it has taken on a few different appearances... sometimes it looks like a rash kinda like that.. other times it has just been red and dry..he gets little dry scaly patches at times. But between the red spots and dryness it's a possibility. We treat it with good creams and lotions - Eucerin, Aquaphor, Aveeno baby eczema treatment. Not saying it's DEFINITELY that but it's one option.
