Bleeding during early pregnancy?

Ok, so I'm 6w 6d and this morning I woke up to blood in my underwear. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage, so of course I had already expected the worse when I saw this. I called my obgyn and she actually told me not to worry? I'm just wondering if there is anyone who has had the same thing as me. I want to feel better, but at the same time I don't want to give myself false hope. The Dr told me not to worry and that the amount of bleeding I said I had didn't concern her. I don't know what I should do. Do I just take it easy or do I just act normal? Ugh I hate worrying!!
