Best double strollers for 2 under 2?

I am 9.5 weeks with my second. My first son just turned 13mo yesterday. This was a total surprise and I am now looking into the best equipment for having 2 under 2. Best double strollers, etc? I wore my son a ton when he was an infant and I'm sure I'll do the same with this little one but I need to be prepared with a new stroller, car seats, etc. I currently have the Gb EVOQ car seat and stroller but I'm not in love with it. I do like the Orbit car seat system but not sure how it is with the stroller. Anyone out there have 2 under 2 and not twins at the same age? Thanks ladies!
