Contracting feeling on my period
So I started AF yesterday. The day before I could feel what I can only describe as a contracting feeling from about the bottom of my rib cage down to my lower tummy. Slight contracting feeling noting painful. But I have never felt anything like this except when I was pregnant.
Any ideas what could be going on? I'm not TTC but not preventing it either.
