please help? bumps.

Okay so I've been with one guy and he's only been with me I've been tested before and so has he we both have nothing and I know he has never been with anyone else. I noticed these a couple little bumps that are a little itchy and kinda tender like a bruise. They are on my Labia minora. We have had unproctected sex because I'm on bc. I do shave also... any thoughts???
