Adoption

I would love some adoption info from anyone who has it. I am TTC with PCOS but I also do want to adopt - whether I am able to get pregnant or not. However I am young (19). No judgement or rude comments please. I am married and my husband and I have stable jobs. You have to be 21 to adopt out of foster care and other forms of adoption are very expensive. If you adopted - how did you go about it? How did you come up with the funds? There's an empty bedroom in my home and I would love nothing more than to be able to become a mother and help a child at the same time. ANY info, even if it's not about finances, is appreciated!
