nausea relief?

What are some of the things you found relieved your morning sickness? I've just recently started getting super nauseous, I don't vomit. I'm just so miserable. Any tips would be appreciated! 7w2days

Popsicles and sleeping it off were my only relief during those weeks. I was on Diclegis, which helped a bit, but not enough to make me feel like a normal human again.

Ginger. Either ginger biscuits or some fresh ginger grated and put in some apple juice for a few hours, then put through a sieve to remove the lumps.

The doctor reccomended diclegis for me! It worked WONDERS... however it's like a $250 co-pay! It's crazy expensive. Luckily, 25 mg B6 & a unisom tablet before bed is chemically the exact same thing. It's 100% safe to use throughout your pregnancy. I'm 27 weeks pregnant and I've taken it every night 🤰🏼💕

I usually felt better once I was sick but actually felt with morning sickness I didn't.
