help!

Has anyone ever had a 2 week long light very light period ? I only see the blood when I wipe I was suppose to start my period when I first started bleeding but I was going through a lot of stresss I don't know if that could be the reason why it's lasting so long...it isn't heavy at all, I dont have to wear a tampon or anything but it's freaking me out..has this happened to anyone? This is the first time this has happened to me 😕
