This is real talk ladies. And no, not only men do it, women can be very abusive to their SO also. And mental and emotional abuse hurt just as bad. I do believe some people can change, but not everyone is that lucky. I was in a very abusive relationship, physically, mentally,and emotionally   abused, raped by the man who "loved" me.. it wasn't until I walked away that he decided to change (or so he said) but by then it was too late because all the love I once had for him had now turned into hate, anger, and disgust. If he's told you over and over and over that he's going to change but still hasn't, chances are he is not. Seek help immediately!
