What was your reaction?

What was your reaction when you took a pregnancy test and came back positive? I won't judge if you told me you jumped up and down and cried like a baby (I'll probably have the same reaction) 😊

I sat on my bathroom floor for over 4 hours in shock/denial! My pregnancy was unplanned & I was unsure of who to tell first. I chose to tell my ex boyfriend, who has 2 kids himself & knows me very well. It ended up being April Fool's Day, which of course didn't cross my mind, so it took a while to get him to believe me! During this time, he was saying things such as, "you're the last person I could imagine with a baby", "you need to come up with something a little more believable", "that's not even funny", etc. There was no chance that he was the father & he ended up being a very great & supportive friend to me throughout my pregnancy. My son's father & my family came back into my life & have been very supportive of my son & I since he was born, a little over 2 years ago. I ended up with the best possible ending to what I thought was my biggest mistake in life. I have a beautiful & healthy toddler, who was exactky what I needed in my life! :)

I just started shaking and smiling like a damn fool. I called for my husband to come upstairs and showed him the test. He embraced me in a hug and we both started crying.

I took the test the morning before we left for vacation...since I was planning to be tipsy all week. I instantly got 2 lines and sat there in shock and denial for a couple minutes before I woke my husband up to tell him. We had been trying for 7 months and the whole time we were TTC I joked that we'd find out right before vacation.

I still had my trousers round my ankles and I screamed. My friend and her boyfriends mum came running in.

I threw it at them and shut the door sorted myself out then we did a happy dance and made a few calls :)

Mines kinda lame I think lol but my love and I have been trying for like 4 years! We moved to Minnesota and his sister was like you're pregnant, and I was like no lol so we went got a $1 test right when I put my pee on the test and it was going down the lines showed up and I walked out the bathroom and was like I'm PREGNANT!!!! Then I kept walking around and freaking out lol my man didn't believe me at first lol

We had been trying for a year and a half. I just screamed my husband's name until he ran upstairs. I couldn't even say, he just knew once he saw me sitting there and we embraced and laughed for what felt like 5 minutes. We were so bewildered and blessed and frankly feeling so undeserving. We have been in awe of our new journey ever since.
