Regular to irregular cycles

Ok so I got my nexplanon removed in feb 2016. I had my first cycle since removal in April. Things were seemingly normal until September. The whole house got some creepy crud cold and my cycle that month ended up being 45 days. It has been 45-48 days ever since.... anyone else go from normal or irregular cycles? Did u ever go back to "normal" we are TTC but this just makes it more unpredictable.... :(
