mastitis 😞
On Tuesday evening I was diagnosed with mastitis and began antibiotics that night.. 4x a day for 10 days. The fever and chills went away very quickly and I was feeling much better for the most part, but baby wasn't latching well and pulling on me a lot, leaving me cracked 😞
It's Saturday night now and the redness, streaks, ill feeling and such is all gone, but I have 2 blisters on my nipple and it's sore 😞 I'm also getting a burning feeling along the side of my breast still?
Is the soreness/burning supposed to last this long after antibiotics? (3-4 days) it's definitely improved.. Just not 100% yet.
Anyone with a similar experience?
