when the first day of my period starts i get really bad cramps i have to use the bathroom a lot then while i'm on the toilet i throw up

This was literally me yesterday 😭no your not alone it happens to me too. Im going to probably go to the doctor because i also get really dizzy which can be an iron deficiency problem for me

You should talk to your doctor about that; sometimes cramps so bad they make you puke could be endometriosis.

I always do. The first 3 days, I throw up all day!

Me too girl. I usually wake up in the middle of the night and throw up too. Really bad muscle pain and cramps. It sucks :/
