6 month sleep regression 😭😭😭

LO turned 6 months on Christmas. Now for the past 3 days, he's been waking up every hour or even less! I'm going crazy. Growing pains, sleep regression, teething?! I can't figure it out. It sure has been rough. He doesn't have any teeth yet, no red swollen gums. I've tried baby Tylenol, didn't work. Only thing that has alleviated it, which I refuse to continue for long, is holding him all night long. Held him for 5 hours Thursday night 😔 I love snuggles but I'm losing my mind. Any others going thru or been thru this yet?
