Anyone have an IUD?!

I had the IUD Kyleena inserted about 2.5 weeks ago. Since then I have been spotting like crazy. I will have what seems to be a period for a couple hours then it'll stop for a couple hours and start again, has been happening since I got it put in. TMI but it looks almost black on my pad but red when I wipe? My vagina has also been super achy. My question is has anyone else experienced this? Or is it something I should get checked out. I can't find anything on the Internet. Lol.
