Really needing some tips. I've always been on the heavier weight side. Right now i weigh 150lbs & i want to weigh atleast 115-125lbs by May. I just got a gym membership & im going to start dieting tomorrow. PLEASE any words of encouragement, tips, & progression pictures will help. thanks in advance & Happy Nee Years! ❤
