what are the odds that we will get this apartment please help

Hi ladies. Fiancés  credit is about 730. Mine is literally in the toilet at 510. We are trying to get an apartment together. We both have really good renters history and pretty good jobs. What do you think the chances are that we will get approved for the apartment? I'm trying to have hope that we can get this. Any one else in the same boat?

Yes you will get the apartment but definitely expect to pay FULL deposit (which is the same as your rent) as well First and maybe Last (: 
So just make sure you have enough for all the expensives

I briefly worked in luxury apartment management. As long as you don't have an eviction, a low credit score shouldn't hurt your chance. We cared more about verified income. I think it had to be 3x the rent if I remember correctly. Each management company has their own criteria.

my husband and i got approved for ours with my credit being like yours and he has none! he had renters history that was good but i did not. wishing you luck!
