just g.p.....saw on tv

i am a stay at home mom my sex life is ok after 4 kids but there has been times where we will go a week or two with out but ok

they just said (tv) that if you have sex 3 times a week it burns enough colories as running 75 miles a year funny now i would share this with him but i also think it could be something he will hold over me but what i wont them to figure out now is how many miles it is when i walk up and down the hallway to tend to them
