Weight gain

Recently I've gained quite a bit of weight. Like 10-15 pounds in 2-3 months and even recently it's still going up. Yeah I'm really stressed and busy but I've been working out more recently and eating healthier and taking metabolism supplements. I've always been on the thicker side and I really just want to learn to love myself. I want to feel sexy for my boyfriend and wear cute dresses without worrying about how my arms look. I'm not by all means fat but I am over weight and it is really bothering me. I'm 5'9 and about 210 pounds and I have no idea how to feel about myself.
