Anyone else have an issue with eating out of boredom? I don't have a job yet and cleaning the house takes less than an hour. Are there any ways to basically illiminate the want to eat while you're bored?

I have a similar issue! I usually try to get s piece of fruit that takes a while to eat like an orange!

Wait of your craving for 20 and have a drink of water. If you still think you need it, then go ahead. Find a hobby.

Keep yourself busy go for a walk read stay out of the kitchen dont look in the fridge
