has anyone considered IVF? What are your thoughts?

Right now it seems I'm having a rough time conceiving I feel I'm doing everything right but I come out with a bfn. So I'm really considering IVF I know it maybe expensive but hopefully my insurance would cover some but what are your thoughts? Has anyone went through it?
