Baby after Miscarriages

So back in August my fiancé and I found out we were expecting a week before my expected period. The day that I was supposed to have my period, I started bleeding. I had what the doctors called a "failed" pregnancy. Where the egg just didn't implant. Being my first time being pregnant, I was completely heartbroken. We decided to move forward and not think about it because it really wasn't a real thing yet. Anyways, I found out I was pregnant again December 2nd and I was so scared. I didn't want to get hurt again. Everything seemed different with this pregnancy. The first one, I didn't have any of the symptoms but this time I did. Severe nausea being the worst. Well I had a bunch of blood work done and an early sonogram just to make sure everything looked normal and it did. Until the Friday before Christmas. I started spotting and got scared. I was told not to work and to rest the rest of the week. Well I woke up Christmas morning and I was bleeding a lot. I eventually went to the hospital because my fiancé was freaking out. And they declared it a miscarriage. I saw my OB the following Tuesday and they said that I would need surgery to remove the remaining tissue because it was becoming infected.
