Help!
Hey friends! So I really want to get in shape and lose weight. Simply because I want to get healthy and be able to do things in the future when I have a family and I want to feel better about myself. But I can't seem to really get started. I want to change, I'm getting a gym membership when I get paid but till then I just kinda feel like I'm already failing before I've even started. Any advice or tips?
