Pregnant Or Not.

Soo I took my birth control out because me and the hubby decided we wanted to try for a second baby. But now I'm not sure if my period is just late or if I could be pregnant. I've take 4 test before I was suppose to start and that all come out negative. I haven't taken a test since I was suppose to start. But I was wondering if anyone else knows more about the implant and the effects after taking it out and if your periods just come like they did before Of if it just takes a while ? Some one help !! (:
