How to get over someone
So, my now ex boyfriend broke up with me about a week ago, and I'm still crying over him.
We met about three to four months ago. He asked me to homecoming and of course I said yes. The night of homecoming, he asked me to be his girlfriend, and I said yes. He made me feel so happy, so worth it. We went to Seattle together for 3 days for a leadership conference, and those days were the happiest I ever felt. When the conference was over, I went over to his house. Hed been wanting to do things for a while before that, and we got in the moment. I told him I wasnt sure and he still went for it. After that, I started thinking, I gave my precious flower to him when we just turned 1 month, and I instantly regreted it. Not long after, that same day, he told me he loved me. I didn't feel the same, but I still said it back. I told myself everyday for a month that I love him, and soon, I did fall in love with him. In my eyes, he was perfect.
Then, I made a mistake. I asked him what he saw in me that made him ask me out, and he couldn't answer. He started becoming more distant, and feared that if I asked him what was going on, he would tell me he lost feelings for me. We turned two months, and he was acting strange. I tried calling him on Christmas and he refused to talk to me. The day after Christmas, I went over to his house again because he had orginzed a secret Santa with his friends. Some things came up and I went home. He broke up with me two days later through text. He said he didn't feel the same. I asked him if he ever did love me, and he said he just thought that's what I wanted to hear. He broke up with me when my life was falling apart, and he knew it. Now, I can't even see him at school without feeling like I'm getting stabbed in the heart. I'm still crying over him at 2 am. And I just want to get rid of this feeling.
