How do you guys deal with your cramps ?

I really only get bad cramps the 1st day, but I haven't found a set way that I deal with them, I'm currently in bed with the heating pad on high, considering taking a nice hot bath, not sure if I have any pain relievers around the house so I haven't taken anything yet.

I drink tisanes with raspberry or cranberry in them. I find that Pukka Tea's 'Womankind' blend works really well for me. I also use hot water bottles and ice packs, and I alternate between hot and cold. I can't take painkillers, so I have to use alternatives.

I used to try and be Mrs. Strong Woman, 'coz my mom made it out to be like if you can't handle it, you're weak, but recently (for the past 4 months or so), I kinda gave up on that.

I found out that just 1 Dispirin extra strength tablets is enough to make me feel like I'm not even on my period. And there's no ways I'm gonna try tough it out when I don't have to.

I still try and minimise them though, save them for when it gets really bad, 'coz I guess there's still a part of me that believes it's messing with my pain tolerance 😣

Im on the same boat. I get really bad cramps my first two days and i cramp when I'm ovulating and days before period. My boobs get really sore during ovulation as well. I've been taking tylenol but its not doing much. This month I'm cutting back on coffee, meat, and processed foods and adding more fruits and vegetables. Bought myself a Vitamix and doing smoothies with veggies and fruits. I'm also adding tummeric and ginger to my smoothies. These help with inflammation. So far I'm feeling better. No cramping during ovulation and no sore boobs! Good luck and hope you feel better.
