lip hair, nose hair and peach fuzz on face! 😫help me please!!

Super embarrassed to post this but I need help! I'm very self conscious about my face..and now u can all see why. I have a lot of dark upper lip hair, nose hair and peach fuzz all over my face 😞 why??? Am I half a guy? I feel like a freak!! Posting this is probably useless but if there's anyone out there that has suggestions as to why I have this problem or what I can do to stop it/clean up my face PLEASE HELP!! By the way, I'm 23 years old if that makes any difference.

For the people wondering if I have PCOS...I'm not familiar with what that is but I looked it up and I do have quite a few of those symptoms. Although one of the symptoms included difficulty to get pregnant and that wasn't the case for me, I have a 1 year old son but we've been avoiding pregnancy after his birth so I'm not sure if I'd have difficulty getting pregnant for a 2nd time. Is PCOS something that goes away? Or is there a cure? How serious is it? I'm abit scared now .. 😔
