growth spurt?

Anyone else's 22 week old always in horrible moods? Mine went to bed at 7 like normal, was awake again at 8 and screamed and cried for an hour then went back in and was awake screaming and crying 10 minutes later and is still going for it, tried everything I can think of, he's been crying so much the past 2 weeks, is this a growth spurt or what? If so how can I get past it? It's got to the point I've been crying with him 😂
