What to do!!?

My 6 years old daughter likes to put her finger in her bum and then smells it. I caught her doing this several times before and told her to stop because she can get very sick. So she stopped doing it in front of me and my husband but i know she still does it at night in her room. Please what should i tell her to stop!! I need some advices! Please no judgmental comments!
