best disposable underwear?

Packing the hospital bag and am wondering what's the best type of disposable underwear for postpartum? I've heard a lot of women say it's just easier than worrying about leaking. Thanks in advance!

I used Always Discreet. They are pretty discreet, not much noise or fluffiness under your pants... not that I would've cared the first week or so after delivery. I liked them enough to use again overnight with my first period.

I bought a pack of cotton boy shorts. Not really "disposable" but I also wasn't too concerned about ruining & throwing them away.

I like the hospital mesh ones with the huge diaper pads..don't have to worry about a thing!!

If not, try those period panties they've come up with on tv now
