Good prenatal vitamins?

Hi everyone! My situation is a bit different then some of y'all's! Me and DH start IVF treatments in June so I'm gettin a jump start on getting my body ready! Anyone know of some good prenatal vitamins, prenatal foods to get your body baby ready? : )

I take Rainbow Light as well. My sister and sister-in-law took them and highly recommended them to me. They each have 2 healthy kids so I didn't question them :) As far as foods go, kale is high in folic acid. I use it to make salads or I juice it in the morning. 6 leaves of kale, 1 beet, 5 carrots, and 2 oranges.. Actually pretty delicious!

I just started taking Rainbow Light Prenatal as well (same brand Anne recommended below). I was having trouble with my regular multivitamin pills being so large that I dreaded taking it. I bought the mini size of Rainbow Light so take 3 pills instead of 1, but each pill is so much easier to swallow so now I'm actually taking them every day.

I am taking Rainbow Light Prenatal One, as well as a Nordic Naturals DHA supplement. They come highly recommended and can be purchased at Whole Foods or on Amazon. Good luck!
