help! flu and BF!

I'm kinda in a panic right now and could use some advice and support. I have a 2 week old baby who I am currently breastfeeding. I also have a 5 year old and a husband. This am my son woke up sick, puking. I put him in his room and kept baby far away. Two hours later my husband came home from work sick as well. Then I woke up from a nap sick. We're all puking and have diarrhea! I have nobody healthy to come help with my baby and I'm so scared he'll get sick and puke and choke on it or something! Should I stop breastfeeding him?? Help!
