Depression is on the rise in wintertime! Does it happen to you? Please comment your answer and where you live!

If you live in a dark or cold place for winter and depression is an issue for you, look into getting a light box!!

I do get more depressed and I was told Today I might have moderate depression anyways 😕

My depression actually worsens in the SUMMER!  I've lived in LA all my life and absolutely thrive on these rare rainy day occasions.  But the heat in summer makes my anxiety spike through the roof.

Anyone else experience this?  I've met plenty of people who sink down during winter, but have yet to meet anyone who has a hard time in summer!
