Baby not moving?!

Since about noon (so about 9 hours ago) my little one has only moved about 10 or so times... in 9 HOURS. And he's usually so active! I figured at first that it has something to do with all the cramps and contractions I was having but those have stopped and in the last hour he's only shifted around a couple times. I've tried several different drinks, walking, laying on each side, laying on my back, using a flashlight, pushing on him, talking to him, having his dad talk right where his head is at and nothing really worked. A family member just told me maybe it's normal at this point? I don't think that's right. I'm 37+3 and have been showing some big signs of labor (dropping hard, my b show, etc). Is that really normal?
