Did you receive proper sex education in school?

Question

I am an advocate for better sex Ed in the state of Alabama and I am still in high school, but I was told to never have sex unless I would die. Sound familiar? This bothered me because it is a personal decision whether or not a person wants to have sex. This is just a general poll to see how many people received proper sex ed or none at all. Thanks.

Mine was pretty much "if you have sex you'll either get one of these nasty looking STDS *insert slideshow of nasty gentials* or get pregnant and give birth, which looks like this *insert birthing video*

Helll no. And it was lame. I learned so much through my friends catching shit and then telling me about it. College was just all trial and error for sex education for a lot of people...and it was bad.

Yup we had like one day in fifth grade. And in the seventh grade we took about 3 weeks learning about everything. And we are expected to take further lesson in the 10 tenth grade I believe maybe 9th

I went to a Catholic so I learnt nothing except how to get pregnant, but procreation is only for married men and women.
