Ventingg

So my boyfriend didn't get me anything for my birthday or Christmas (my birthday is 2 weeks before) and I know/understand why. I had my heart set on 2 pandora rings. However he waited too late to order them and they were sold out. He promises to make it up and I was fine at first. But now another occasion is approaching (Valentines Day) and I am slowly getting more and more mentally upset/sad because I'm preparing myself to not get anything again. Am I being unreasonable? I don't want to bring it up because I know he feels bad but I have no one to talk to about it...
